Our motivation
and our pillars
15 years ago, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, noted the lack of representation of young people in decision-making and leadership roles.
That is how the Global Shapers Community was born, an initiative that has mobilized more than 11,400 young leaders in over 500 cities around the world to make a local impact.
Today, in a world that is constantly changing and increasingly fragmented, we believe it is necessary to reflect on the role of young people, celebrate the community's achievements, and chart a course for the next 15 years of collective, human, and regenerative impact.
